How does laser skin rejuvenation work?
White & Tight is a two-phase protocol using the MeDioStar Monolith platform. It combines contact-free warming of the chosen area with a precise contact phase targeting firmness, elasticity and fine lines.
We work on your skin’s firmness, elasticity and smoothness so it looks fresher and naturally younger — while you still look like you.

For people noticing early signs of ageing: less resilient skin, fine lines and a more tired-looking face.
Early signs of ageing are a good time to start working on your skin.
It is not about a new face. It is about a fresher version of you.
Less visible fine lines. More elasticity. A fresher, more rested look.
Your skin should look better — not different.
Natural does not mean no visible change. It means a change that suits you.
Fine lines, loss of elasticity and laxity do not always call for added volume.
Laser treatment works on skin firmness and structure without changing facial proportions.
Rejuvenation that needs no explanation.
Rejuvenation that fits your life — not a life planned around recovery.
Start with your goal. Then choose the method.
Temporarily reduces the activity of selected muscles.
Restore or contour volume.
A product is delivered through microinjections.
Thermal technologies work on tissue remodelling without adding volume.
White & Tight — no injections or added volume, with your natural expressions preserved.
If your goal is firmer, more elastic skin and smoother fine lines, laser is one method designed for that purpose.
The first visit starts the process. Skin remodelling develops gradually between visits, which is why LASERRIX starts with a planned series.
After the fourth visit, we review the result. Further visits are suggested only if they make sense.

We work on firmness and elasticity while the handpiece cools the skin directly during treatment.

Laser rejuvenation outcomes were assessed through objective measurements, physician ratings and studies of human skin — including after the treatment series.
Voravutinon et al., 2015 · 30 people · 4 treatments · 3-week intervals
Cutometer measurements showed statistically significant changes in F3 at one month and R7 at three months. Physician ratings also found significant improvement in laxity six months after the series.
In ten women, skin was assessed after three treatments using standardised photographs and 3D profilometry. Improvements in skin quality and wrinkle appearance were seen at three months and still confirmed, though to a lesser extent, at the eight-month follow-up.
No immediate or late adverse effects were reported in this small sample.

After five treatments, biopsies showed an increase in collagen and elastic fibre bundles in the dermis. The percentages describe only the study group.

The closest study involved a system in the MeDioStar family. The other studies examined non-ablative diode lasers. Their findings support the technology’s approach; they do not directly measure the LASERRIX programme or guarantee an individual result.
From the first consultation to the final review, Diana guides the entire plan. She selects settings, performs treatments and observes your skin’s response.
Arrive without makeup or skincare products on the treatment area. The skin should not be irritated.
Avoid recent tanning, sunbeds and self-tanner. If your skin is freshly tanned or sun-irritated, tell Diana before your visit.
Tell us if you use retinoids, high-strength acids or other intensive products.
Tell us about recent chemical peels or cosmetic and dermatological treatments in the same area.
Before treatment, tell us about medicines, supplements, skin conditions and changes in your health.
Active skin conditions in the treatment area matter to your suitability assessment — tell us before your visit.
Treat your skin gently and avoid additional irritation immediately after treatment.
Use a gentle moisturiser as recommended after treatment.
Protect the treated area from intense sun and use a high-SPF product on exposed skin.
Return to saunas, strong skin heating and strenuous exercise once your skin has settled, or as Diana advises.
Resume stronger acids, retinoids and irritating products only once your skin has settled or as advised.
Temporary warmth, redness or mild swelling may occur. If a reaction is unusually strong or does not settle, contact LASERRIX.
Individual guidance after your suitability assessment takes precedence over general information on this page.
One visit starts the process, but remodelling develops in stages. That is why we start with four visits and review the result after the series.
Changes develop between visits and after the series. In the MeDioStar platform study, objective changes were measured at one and three months, while physician-rated improvement in laxity remained significant at six months. Individual timing varies.
Remodelling does not stop on the day of your last treatment, but natural ageing continues. A maintenance visit may make sense later; we assess your skin first rather than scheduling one automatically.
You may feel warmth during treatment, and sensations vary individually. In the contact phase, the handpiece cooling supports comfort while Diana monitors your skin and how you feel.
This is a non-ablative treatment and does not involve lengthy healing. Diana will discuss individual guidance for the first days after your visit.
The programme is for people seeking firmer, more elastic and smoother skin and less visible fine lines. Diana makes the final decision after an individual assessment.
The assessment considers your health, medicines, active skin changes, recent tanning and recent treatments in the area. This is not a complete list; Diana reviews it with you individually before starting.
No. IPL uses a broad spectrum of light, whereas MeDioStar Monolith is a diode laser. Search results may mix the terms, but they are different technologies.
