The scrotum is included in the men's Brazilian — 299 zł per session together with the pubic area, groin and penis. We don't price the scrotum on its own, because we always treat the whole area.

A men's Brazilian (Manzilian) covers the whole intimate area down to the anus: pubic area, groin creases, the penis and the area around it, and the scrotum. The intergluteal cleft can be added as a separate area. A classic bikini is just the pubic area and the line along your underwear.

Yes. The laser works on the hair follicles in the skin of the scrotum, not on the testicles. The MeDioStar Monolith is a medical laser with FDA clearances, compliance with the EU MDR and a Health Canada Class III licence. The skin of the scrotum is darker, so I choose its settings accordingly and raise them gradually from session to session.

The laser acts on hair follicles in the skin — not on the nerves, blood vessels or hormones that erections depend on. It's infrared light at 808 and 940 nm, not ionising radiation like an X-ray. A review of research on lasers and IPL found no evidence of a credible cancer risk (Lasers in Medical Science, 2017). We cover moles with a white pencil or paste, and the laser goes around them. No. I leave the room while you change, and you put on a sauna kilt — a towel that fastens at the waist, fresh, from me. We only uncover the part I'm working on. I don't touch intimate areas — I tell you what to do and when, and you help when needed.

Then I don't comment: you cover up with the kilt, we take a short pause and carry on — it's just physiology. Almost everyone asks, and it hasn't happened in my practice: the treatment is tingling, warmth and the cold of the handpiece, not a sexual stimulus.

After every client I clean and disinfect the couch and the laser handpieces with Velox Foam Extra (Medisept), following the manufacturer's instructions. I disinfect my hands and gloves with Sterillhand (Alpinus Medica), and before the session I cleanse your skin with an octenidine antiseptic. Kilts are washed and disinfected after every client; wipes are single-use.

Yes — we do full men's Brazilians regularly. The men's price is higher because the area is bigger, the hair denser and the work more meticulous: the area around the penis is uneven, so I work there with the small S handpiece. That's why the visit takes about 30 minutes instead of 20. On the other hand, in our practice men usually need slightly fewer sessions than women — coarse, dark hair is the laser's best target. Yes. The groin, penis and scrotum are included in the Brazilian price. Around the penis I use the small S handpiece because the contours are angular. The scrotum and pubic area get the large XL handpiece: a large surface, the energy goes deeper and scatters less in the skin.

Yes — the men's Brazilian covers the area down to the anus. You can add the intergluteal cleft as a separate area: 149 zł, with −10% for two areas in one visit.

It's a comfortable treatment: on a scale of 1 to 5, guys usually feel a 2–3. On the pubic area it's a light tingling and the cold of the handpiece, on the scrotum more of a moderate warmth with tingling. In our practice, some men feel the base of the penis more than the scrotum. If you feel any discomfort, I adjust the settings straight away.

No. The laser cools your skin with every pulse, and I set it to how you feel: on a scale of 1 to 5 we work at a 2–3. You don't have to grit your teeth to get results.

A razor or cream lasts a few days, waxing and sugaring a few weeks, but they pull the hair out from the root, which you really feel on the scrotum. Laser is a course of 6–8 sessions, after which there's noticeably less hair, and what grows is finer and slower. Before the course, don't remove hair from the root for 4 weeks — shaving is fine.

No. The laser works on hairs that are in the growth phase on the day of the session. The rest are resting and wake up a few weeks later — that's the next batch, not a failure. That's why a course is 6–8 sessions. So we don't judge the result on the day of your visit — we invite you exactly when the next batch has grown in. We judge it at peak smoothness, about 3 weeks after a session: if you stay smooth longer than before the course, or the hair grows back finer, lighter and sparser, the laser is working. No. Even with full XL coverage, hair comes back in patches — not every hair is in the growth phase, and each follicle has its own rhythm. It evens out by the end of the course.

For years. A hair the laser has destroyed won't grow back. Over time, dormant follicles can wake up — that happens with any hair removal method, and sooner with hormonal changes or hormonal medication. Then a maintenance session is all you need: if you've done the full course with us, it costs 30% less.

Rarely, and only small ones. Sometimes a shedding hair gets stuck at the opening of the follicle and leaves a tiny dot that clears on its own. Keep the area clean for the first 24 hours and use a gentle scrub after a few days. And don't plan a long journey in the first 24 hours where the area will rub.
