My name is Diana. I'm a laser hair removal specialist, the owner, and the face of the LASERRIX brand.
I didn't get into this industry just because it's a popular beauty service — I started out as a client myself. And like many of you, I ran into the problems that affect most people: a lack of honest explanations, unclear treatment parameters, low-quality equipment, and an approach focused more on selling than on real results.
I know that feeling exactly — paying, trusting, coming back visit after visit, while the hair stays exactly as it was. When no one explains why, and instead of an honest conversation you just hear: "You'll need to come in again."
At some point I realized: the problem isn't laser hair removal itself. The problem is how often it's sold and performed. That's exactly why LASERRIX was created — a place where everything works differently.
