LASERRIX results guarantee

Results guarantee: what matters is the result, not the process.

If, after three treatments performed at LASERRIX on the same area, you don't see a noticeable difference in hair amount, density, or regrowth rate — we refund the cost of those three treatments for that area.

Guarantee terms

Conditions for the guarantee to apply

• All three treatments must be performed at LASERRIX on the same area.
• The client follows the individually scheduled visit plan and doesn't interrupt the course without a consultation.
• The client follows the pre- and post-treatment recommendations, including rules on tanning, self-tanner, shaving, and skincare.
• Before the first treatment and throughout the course, the client discloses any past illnesses, hormonal conditions, pregnancy, tanning, and contraindications.
• Before the first treatment LASERRIX photographs the treated area in the studio (START), and about 3 weeks after each treatment the client sends a photo of the area on WhatsApp and says how many days after the treatment they first shaved it. Without these photos there is no objective way to compare the result, so they are a condition of the guarantee. The photos are fully confidential: they show only the treated area, carry no name, are used only to assess the result, and are never published without the client's separate consent.
• A lack of effect must be reported before the fourth treatment on that area, or within a timeframe agreed with LASERRIX after the third treatment.

How we assess the result

Hair grows back after every session — that's normal. The laser only destroys follicles in which a hair is growing right now. The others are “asleep” and wake up over the next weeks as the next batch. We invite you for the next session exactly when that batch has grown in — that's when the laser hits the most hair.

So we don't judge the result on the day of your visit. On that day the hair has grown back as planned, and a photo doesn't show what has changed. We assess it at peak smoothness, about 3 weeks after a session:

1. START. Before your first session we photograph the area in the studio and note how often you shave now.
2. Photo after 3 weeks. About 3 weeks after each session you send us a photo of the area on WhatsApp. Diana will remind you with a message.
3. First shave. When you reach for the razor for the first time after a session, drop us a message. That's how we count how many days you stayed smooth.
4. A summary after every session. At your next visit Diana checks the area and sends you a short summary on WhatsApp: how many days you stayed smooth and how the hair is growing back. You see your result as you go, not only at the end.

What counts as a result. Either of two: smooth for longer — more days pass from the session to your first shave than before the course, or weaker regrowth — the hair is finer, lighter, sparser or only grows back in places. Hair shedding 1–3 weeks after a session and calmer skin (fewer ingrown hairs and less irritation) confirm the result, but don't decide it on their own.

If after 3 sessions you are neither smooth for longer nor seeing weaker regrowth, the guarantee applies and we refund your money.

How to claim and how the refund works

1. When: after the 3rd session and before the 4th session on that area.
2. How: message us on WhatsApp +48 797 713 063 or tell Diana at your visit that you want to use the guarantee.
3. Assessment: together with you — at a visit or on WhatsApp — we go through the START photo, the photos taken 3 weeks after each session and your smooth days, using the rules above. If you get in touch earlier than 3 weeks after the 3rd session, we'll wait for peak smoothness.
4. Refund: we refund the cost of the three sessions for that area using the same method you paid with — card, bank transfer or cash — within 14 days of the assessment.
5. Package: if you bought a 4+1 or 6+2 package for this area, we refund the full package amount.
6. After the refund the course on that area ends.

The guarantee does not cover

• gray, red, very light, or vellus (fine, unpigmented) hair,
• cases of not following the recommendations or interrupting the course,
• cases where the client declined photos of the area,
• undisclosed contraindications, recent tanning, or self-tanner,
• unregulated hormonal or medical causes of hair growth,
• isolated regrowing hairs tied to the natural growth cycle.

These are all the guarantee terms. Nothing is added at the consultation — there we only talk about your area, your hair and your treatment plan.
