Results guarantee: what matters is the result, not the process.

If, after three treatments performed at LASERRIX on the same area, you don't see a noticeable difference in hair amount, density, or regrowth rate — we refund the cost of those three treatments for that area.

Guarantee terms

Conditions for the guarantee to apply

• All three treatments must be performed at LASERRIX on the same area.
• The client follows the individually scheduled visit plan and doesn't interrupt the course without a consultation.
• The client follows the pre- and post-treatment recommendations, including rules on tanning, self-tanner, shaving, and skincare.
• Before the first treatment and throughout the course, the client discloses any past illnesses, hormonal conditions, pregnancy, tanning, and contraindications.
• To objectively assess the result, LASERRIX may keep before/after photo documentation while preserving the client's privacy.
• A lack of effect must be reported before the fourth treatment on that area, or within a timeframe agreed with LASERRIX after the third treatment.

The guarantee does not cover

• gray, red, very light, or vellus (fine, unpigmented) hair,
• cases of not following the recommendations or interrupting the course,
• undisclosed contraindications, recent tanning, or self-tanner,
• unregulated hormonal or medical causes of hair growth,
• isolated regrowing hairs tied to the natural growth cycle.
