1. Data controller

2. What data we process

In connection with using the site, we may process: data provided through the appointment-booking or callback form (name, phone number, preferred contact language, selected areas or package, additional notes, and appointment preferences), data provided when booking through Booksy (name, phone number, email — Booksy International acts as controller for data within its own platform), contact details shared in Instagram messages, and, after consent to advertising measurement, technical data (IP address, browser type, on-site behavior) via Google Ads and Meta Pixel, and, after consent to analytics, site-usage data via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process data to handle bookings and provide the service (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), communicate with clients (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and measure advertising performance only after consent to the “Advertising and marketing” category (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Visit statistics and site-usage analysis (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) run only after consent to the “Analytics” category (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Cookies

The site stores the necessary cookie choice and, after advertising consent, uses Google Ads (gtag.js) and Meta Pixel (ID 2225681041329995). Meta receives technical visit and event data (PageView, form opening, successful request, Booksy click) for advertising measurement and attribution; these events do not include names, phone numbers or email addresses. Neither advertising tool starts tracking before consent. After consent to the “Analytics” category we start Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics, traffic sources, navigation between pages) and Microsoft Clarity (click and scroll maps, and session recordings showing clicks, cursor movement and scrolling). Text typed into form fields is hidden in Clarity recordings. Without this consent none of these tools runs. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer without clearing browser data.

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared with website hosting providers, booking-service providers (Booksy International sp. z o.o.), and Telegram, which carries form requests to our team. After advertising consent, technical and event data also goes to Google (Google Ads) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel). After analytics consent, site-usage data goes to Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). Their services may process data outside the EEA, including the US; see current transfer information in Google’s policies, Meta’s policies and Microsoft’s policies.

6. Retention period

Booking data is retained as long as needed to provide the service, plus the limitation period for possible claims. Your cookie choice is stored in the browser for 180 days unless you change or withdraw it sooner. The site does not set one retention period for data after it reaches Google, Meta or Microsoft; their respective settings and policies apply. On withdrawal we stop further on-site tracking and remove advertising and analytics identifiers accessible to the site; this does not automatically erase data already received by providers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
