2. What data we process

In connection with using the site, we may process: data provided through the appointment-booking or callback form (name, phone number, preferred contact language, selected areas or package, additional notes, and appointment preferences), data provided when booking through Booksy (name, phone number, email — Booksy International acts as controller for data within its own platform), contact details shared in Instagram messages, and technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, on-site behavior) via cookies and Google Ads.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process data to: handle bookings and provide the service (basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), communicate with clients (basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and measure advertising performance and analytics — only after consent is given via the cookie banner (basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Cookies

The site uses Google Ads cookies (gtag.js) to measure advertising conversions. This script only loads and runs after consent is given in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again.

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities processing personal data on our behalf, including website hosting providers, booking-service providers (Booksy International sp. z o.o.), and the provider of Telegram, which we use to deliver form notifications to our team. Data related to booking a visit is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, plus the statute-of-limitations period for potential claims. Analytics data (cookies) is retained per Google Ads' settings, typically no longer than 13 months.
