Your first visit has five stages: consultation and skin assessment, ruling out contraindications, setting the laser parameters, the treatment itself, and aftercare advice with an approximate date for the next visit. The consultation before your first treatment is free.
It's the moment we get to know your skin, your hair, your past experience, and your expectations for the whole course of treatments.
Our goal is to choose a strategy that's effective, safe, and comfortable for you specifically.

How your first visit unfolds
Consultation
We analyze your skin condition, hair structure, previous hair removal methods, and answer all your questions. At this stage, we calmly discuss anything that could affect the treatment: skin sensitivity, tanning, medications, past experience, and your expectations for the result.
Ruling out contraindications
Before the treatment, it's important to tell us about any medications, recent tanning, skin conditions, or other health issues. This isn't a formality. It's the foundation of treatment safety and the effectiveness of the whole course.
Selecting the parameters
We choose the laser's parameters individually, based on your skin type, hair color and thickness, the treatment area, and how you feel during the session. We don't work on a "one setting for everyone" basis. Every skin, every hair, and every zone calls for its own approach.
The treatment
You put on protective goggles, get comfortable, and we start working on the chosen area. Throughout the treatment, we keep checking your comfort and your skin's reaction. You can ask for a pause, ask a question, or tell us at any moment that the sensation is too intense or barely noticeable.
Aftercare recommendations
After your visit, you get skincare recommendations and an approximate date for your next appointment. We also explain what will happen to the hair after the treatment and when to expect the first changes.
